Chubb Launches Monitoring Centre of Excellence in Brisbane

Wednesday 28 September 2011 – Chubb is pleased to announce the launch of a new monitoring centre of excellence for its home security and personal emergency response customers nationally.

As part of our on-going commitment to improve customer service and efficiency Chubb is pleased to announce the consolidation of our monitoring solutions to our monitoring centre of excellence in Brisbane.

Today over 90% of our home security monitoring takes place at this site, with a limited amount of work taking place in Sydney. Effective October 28th this remaining work will occur out of the Brisbane monitoring centre.

This platform in Brisbane will also include significant investment in both our sales & marketing capabilities as well as upgrading our technology platform to improve the customer experience.

Local sales representatives and the dealer network remain unchanged through the consolidation, continuing to provide you helpful service everyday. Contact numbers, fax and postal addresses will not change.

These changes do not impact commercial customers or the significant disaster recovery and back up operations Chubb has in place throughout Australia. Our Melbourne monitoring location will continue to be an integral part of our monitoring solution and remains unchanged.
