Chubb teams up with Surf Life Saving NSW.

The Surf Life Saving NSW (SLSNSW) head office has boosted its security thanks to the donation of a Chubb
AFx ™ security system worth more than $12,000.
 
SLSNSW Clubs patrol more than 200 beaches throughout the surf season and its members saved more than 6,000 lives last year. The head office in Narrabeen, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, has more than 60 staff/volunteers but in the summer time can have up to 300 people on site per day.
 
“Chubb protects lives through security and fire safety solutions and is proud to be supporting SLSNSW who protect lives on our beaches everyday” said Paul Beavon, Managing Director in Chubb’s electronic security division.
 
The Chubb AFx ™ security system offers customers the ability to have complete control of their security from a single system, incorporating management of access control and intruder protection.
 
“The Chubb AFx ™  security system provides more scope and synergy for our customers as it can grow to match the physical scale of an operation and it has the ability to add extra security requirements in line with changing security needs,” said Daniel Lawson, Account Executive in Chubb’s electronic security division.
 
Chubb is also the major sponsor for the Tacking Point Surf Life Saving Club in Port Macquarie, NSW. The team performed strongly on their home beach at the 2007 NSW Country Championships, going on to compete in the NSW state titles at Cronulla in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire.
